RF X'mas Exclusive- The WaterCraft Begins!‏

Venus Bay + Sun bathing + Games + Rambo Water Guns + RubberBoat Fights + PiPi picking + Hot-Pot / Grill / Fried / Steam Pipis + $20 Kris Kringle + etc…

Date: 19/12/2009
Time: Meet @ Church 9am
Leave Church: 9:30am (On the way grab food)
Estimated Arrival @ VenusBay: 11:30am
What to do when arrived: Games + Rambo WaterGun fights, Rubberboat fights
Best time to pick Pipis: between 3pm - 5pm (depends when tide is high)
Leaving VenusBay: 6pm hopefully

After VenusBay: Pipi feast @ Rachael's home

What to bring:
- Please see photo of Joe (Great example to follow)
- Sunglasses
- SunBlock
- Swimwear
- Big towel
- Thongs
- Clothes that can get wet
- Dry cloths to get change when leaving Venus Bay
- Water (to drink)
- Rambo Water Gun / Rubberboat or anything you bring along for WaterCraft fight
- Buckets (Pipis)
- Body Lotion (if needed after beach)
- After Burnt Aloe Vera Cream (In case you get burnt after)
- An air pump for your water fight gear (if you have any)
- $20 Budget of X'mas present for Kris Kringles at night @ Rachael's house

Transport:
A) Budget Van (12 people capacity) + a few car pool, OR
B) Car Pool (If we cannot borrow Budget Van)
will keep you updated on this

Costs:
$20 per person (incl. Food + individual fish license)
$20 Budget for Kris Kringles
Note: Cost of Petrol is excluded here, this will be subject to the drivers of how much they've used in the trip
